Stuck
I received this stainless steel French press as a gift. I really like being able to change out the filter. My problem is, this morning, I was trying to take the filter off to wash & I just kept unscrewing the knob off the lid. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? I seriously feel silly to have to ask. I’ve successfully done this so many times.

Not working for me
I read some really good reports on this item before purchasing. So, I really hate giving a bad report. We’re all different and it just isn’t working for me. But maybe I’ve not been taking it long enough.

Love that kettle
Not only does this kettle boil water fast, I’m blown away with how long water stays hot in this kettle! And stainless steel at such a low price.....fantastic!
