  The buyer was a bit problematic. She as looking for excuses to get out of purchasing the product based on other descriptions on the internet. Her descriptions were for a plush that was totally different. My description is what it is. You will receive the same product that you purchase and that you see pictured.!! The experience was not positive at all BUT Ebay does not have any other drop down to choose from other than Positive. Do better EBAY
