Good buy, but paddles do not reach the very bottom of the bowl, it’s only for large batches

Both beautiful and elegant looking.
Despite it being plastic, this is very nice to have, it looks good and sturdy. I have not used it yet, not until I make the wedding cake March 18, 2017. I purchased gold sugar to filled the hollow tubes, this will increase the sturdiness if needed. I love the elegant look and will purchase more, when needed. This bride did not want her wedding cake stacked, so I thought this was the best stand. for a 14", 10" and 8" cake.
