A Good Substitute for OEM if You Don't Mind the Low Speed Noise.
Fits perfectly in the 92 Saturn SL2. Nice rubber isolation pads for a mounting arrangement - made me think this was going to be a rather quiet fan and motor combination. Electrical connection is OEM. Good air movement at all speeds. However, it's just "okay" because it developed that "card in the spokes" or "flapping dry leaf" sound after a short period of time while at the lowest speed, which is where I operate the fan most of the time.

OEM at a Much Lower Cost
This is the OEM replacement for the 1995 Honda Accord, LX Wagon. The Malachite Green was the correct color and the electric adjustment motors worked like new. I installed it in less then 30 minutes.

One of the Best Carburetor Substitutes for an Inverted Saito 80 w/Slight Modifications
If you have an old Saito 80 that is inverted and you are having problems getting the idle low enough without it getting too lean at the mid range with the Saito carburetor, I would suggest using this OS carburetor. The low and high needles do not interact with each other the way the Saito carb does. So you can set the low end perfectly, with a reliable 1700 to 1900 RPM idle, and have a slightly rich mid and high RPM setting too.
To install, slightly oversize the mounting holes in the carburetor to attach it to the back of the cylinder's mounting flange using the original Saito screws. The intake tube will need to be shaved down slightly (around 1/16") at the carburetor end. Do this carefully as it has to fit at the proper angle into the head and the final assembly of the carb and intake tube will determine this fitment. Then sleeve the intake tube with some thinwall brass 3/8 tubing. The OS carb has a slightly larger bore and o-ring diameter. You can use JB Weld to seal the sleeve to the intake tube.
