Waited a little to make sure it worked. And my goodness it does i am hard of hearing and I can hear the TV now. I'm sure my neighbor hates it cause he can probably also hear it lol before my TV would be on 100 and I still struggled to hear. Now I'll have it on 15 and hear fine. It's loud to me so be prepared if you don't have hearing issues and if you do have hearing issues.. definitely get this
