This product not working for my pool at all. 80% of chlorine blocks has turned into some powder.First of all as soon as you put it in the pool basket

This product not working for my pool at all. 80% of chlorine blocks has turned into some powder.First of all as soon as you put it in the pool basket it does get melted away in a matter of 2 days and it seems to me it does create a cloudy pool water. This is a terrible product and they shouldn’t sell it . I believe this is not a chlorine product because after putting so many of this chlorine blocks or powder in pool my chlorine test levels shows my chlorine water it’s extremely low!!
