Portable scope for experienced Canon tele-lens owners
This is awesome idea to use portable and lightweight adapter instead of carrying extra scope. I have 300mm tele-lens and if I understand correct with adapter it provides 30x magnification. The view is very sharp and clear. It's not for handheld observation and still requires tripod. THe FOV is a bit narrow, but that is fine for predator birds when they keep their position or for the Moon observation. I'd still mount lens directly on lens tripod collar because this adapter is too light to mimic camera weight. The only thing I miss in this adapter - ability to focus directly on adapter, instead I have to focus on lens only, but that is fine.

P830 Steiner is a nice one!
Great solid build, very convenient front lens caps. Clear view, sweet spot is about 60% of view (borders are heavily blurred). Very nice design and pleasant surface. A bit hard to refocus quickly, but it keeps selected focus distance perfect and firm. Most negative point - a lot of radial flares come from any contour light. I don't like the strap - it's too large and not very convenient.

Bialetti Brikka is good, but requires attention
I like the coffee out of this brikka so much! It requires strict following cooking instruction, but result is great. I use electric cooking surface, and set middle heat temperature. Note, if the heat is too low, you will get too much foam and it will spread out of top opening. If the heat is too high, amount of foam will be very little. It takes time to select optimal heat. Also it's very important to remove brikka from cooking surface in 2-3 seconds after it starts flowing coffee.
