Pros Use This
My family owned a meat company for over 50 years. This is the same brand they used to keep their knives sharp on a daily basis. The only difference is they used the model with the Arkansas stones. Either one is an excellent choice.

I can see clearly now.
Item worked exactly as it was designed. Fairly easy to install. Some buyers might feel a bit intimidated as not all buyers are mechanical minded and there were no installation instructions. But do not be affraid. It really is that easy to install.
