This heating pad seems to be "fuller". It seems more flexible in covering the neck and back, when you are laying down. It comes with a sponge like pad that hold moister longer. The price is very reasonable.

Effective for arthritis

Peppermint oil and coconut oil, in equal parts, can be used to ease pain of arthritis. Diet and exercise, progression of arthritis, all help with arthritic inflammation. I just know it works for me.
