Easy to use and it really works.
1 of 1 found this helpful This stuff works! It lessons the pain on my joints and muscles so much that I have to take pain pills. It makes the pain more manageable and easier to move.

My doctor told me to take 64 mg magnesium
Can't recommend it....Don't know if its a good value....Seems to be good quality.... Actually I don't know what to expect. Time will tell....

GREAT PART GREAT PRICE

which was close to 300 BUCKS.
