Just had a blow out

I just bought the tire set and installed and was very happy with them but on my very first run to the boat ramp one of the tires blew out, luckily no one was around or got injured and was able to pull over safely.
I filled them up to 44psi I never fill them up to 50 to prevent wear and never had any issues with any other tires. I’m hoping it was just afaulty tire.
