Easy set up and good quality.
It's easy to set up with my ARB awning. I can't comment on how waterproof yet since I haven't been using it in wet weather. Build quality seems good. One thing I did do was to make a spreader brace that attaches to the horizontal poles so they don't have so much tension with the added weight. I found all the pvc parts I needed to make a snap together spreader brace at Home Depot.
