Tastes incredible! I incorporate 1/2 cup with my barley & flax cereal every morning. I don't worry so much about pesticide residue with Sun-Maid organic raisins. I soak approximately 1 lb. of raisins in filtered water for 24 hours before using & most importantly don't add any sugar!

effective,comfortable,and a good value
I've tried many types of hearing protection for motorcycling to reduce wind noise. These seem to work the best for me. I may try a slightly longer version of the max style of ear plug but these are very good.
