I F---ING LOVE IT
holds the rear wheel off the ground so you can do rear derailleur or rear brake adjustments, wheel truing, or chain cleaning.
the hooks are movable up and down somewhat, and can rotate, so this stand works for most adult bikes (perfect for 3 of my 4 bikes), even bikes with a small rear triangle or rear disc brakes - i f---ing love it.
