I bought them for my wife
My wife likes them, light weight, blocks out all the light, and fully adjustable. I would order them again from the same company for the same price, it was a good value and good shipping.

Many good recipes and some unique ideas.
The book has lots of good recipes, some very unique. If you like soups and salads, this book has lots of them. You won't get tired of this book it has something for everyone's taste.
Some recipes however, call for ingredients I would have to special order from specialty stores dealing with Mediterranean, mid and far east foods. I also like pictures instead of line drawings
I wouldn't give the book an excellent rating, but I am glad that it's a part of my cookbook collection and gets a solid 4 stars.
