Epson Maintenance Cartridge for Stylus Pro 3880/3800 Printer
The cartridge holds a large amount of ink so that one does not need to replace it often. How often? Of course it depends on how much ink is consumed in cleaning printer heads, etc. I do only modest printing so a maintenance cartridge lasts me about 2 years. Expect to pay $22 to $27 for a new one.

2 lb container is good value for the money.
The granules flow well thanks to "dry" bags. Also, the larger container (2 lb) is good value. It was actually a better value than buying directly from GNC.

Excellent Quality Ink for the 3880, albeit a bit pricey
Epson T5801 (photo black) is a high quality ink, as are the rest of the Epson inks for the 3880 printer. The only negatives are (1) the rather high cost of the inks and (2) the large amount of ink used to clean the printer's head.
