"Girls gotta have FUN too"!!
I have always been a fan of Jillian Michaels upon discovering her on "The Biggest Loser" as a coach. I find her to be authentic in her delivery while presenting you with the best alternative while attempting to achieve your goal, fitness. Initially I bought the DVD for the kickboxing aspect, I figured it was cheaper than going to a gym with the health crisis of today. What I discovered almost immediately, what a great self-defense DVD it is also. I'm a single woman living in her own truth and I will not be afraid to venture outside my front door. I find that there are many ways of self protection and kicking someone in the head by surprise with ease is one of the many facets you're discover in this DVD. Still a huge fan because I feel as if I got a 2 for 1 out of DVD great exercise workout AND awesome self-defense tools. Bravo Jillian...

All About the Quality
I love me some Donna Karan hose but it's my belief these were old hosiery. Maybe dry- rot because I had so many runs before I had completely finished putting them on. $14.00 down the drain 😌
