It doesn't grow overnight
Twice in my life I have had my hair fall out to the degree that I could see my scalp. The first time I fell down a flight of stairs that took me over 3 years to recover from; the second time I got some kind of bacterial infection that stressed my body so much I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. I had hundreds of tests after I lost over 60 lbs.
My daughter recommended that I start using Viviscal Pro. It took several months, but I finally started to see new growth. I stayed on it for about 3 years then stopped taking it because it was so expensive. After a few months I noticed I my hair was noticeably thinner, so I am taking it again. I know it will be close to a year before my hair is thicker, but I really don't want to go bald. I have naturally thin curly hair. It doesn't take much hair loss for me to see my scalp. Viviscal Pro does work, but it takes a few months to notice that my hair is thicker. The only downside is the expense.
