I am just getting started on SELLING on EBay. I intend to list a ton of jewelry, 50 pairs of shoes, ladies jackets, skirts, pants, tops & shirts. Oh and my Barbie collection, of course! I’m a recent retiree, cuz my husband & I lost our lead in CA, and refused to pay $3k a month RENT to stay there! We were able to buy a home on VA (100%) & our PITI is $600 per mo less RENT & we can’t be tossed out cuz of a landlord anymore! We are so loving it here in KC, it’s awesome NOT to be in CA anymore!
Great story that hits the nail on the head of what goes on in the brains of victims of domestic violence
This book gets down to the deep psycho babble that goes on in ones mind about witnessing, living with, and being physically abused in a family. It doesn't touch on verbal & emotional abuse, but I can tell you from my own experience in this life, it's pretty much the same thing. When someone is shouting gaslighting and horrific words in your face it might as well be a punch. The book was wonderful, and I loved the compassion and how Lily and Atlas were bonded by their separate experiences that led to a hint of ending the cycle. I felt a lot of emotions reading this fictional story, and the author really created some characters that expressed going from point A to X...Z will come in time. I saw Ryle as a NPD and there was no hint of him getting well. NPD's are hard-wired and it takes a lot for them to change, cuz they really cannot. Great story. I am going to read the next book.
