Excellent Introduction to Contracts
Basic Contract Law For Paralegals is an excellent introduction to contract law, not just for paralegals, but for anyone engaged in business. It is clear, has understandable examples and has a collection of cases to exemplify the text. It tells how we are surrounded by 'contracts' - many we are not aware of. For many, it will tell why they need a lawyer, and what the lawyer is talking about!
