Lightweight & Crystal Clear View

This is really a nice little magnifier. I like that it's glass and the view is crystal clear. Came in a little protector bubble bag, which I'm going to keep to store it in.

More like 5 inch cuttings. Fingers crossed that these are Black Mission Figs.

The general rule for shipping and planting cuttings: Bottoms are cut at an angle & Tops straight across. This leaves No Confusion for the gardener as to which end goes in the dirt. A few of the cuttings were angled at both ends and with figs cuttings it's not always easy to tell which is the bottom and which is the top. 4 weeks later, I have to tell you all look like they're doing well. 6 have little green leafs and the other 2 look like small little green tips (leaf trying to sprout) and the other 2 nothing yet. I may stick the other side in the dirt. But overall, I'm so excited and hopeful these are 'black mission figs'.

Great Stuff from the Past!!!

This Cedar oil smells so strong from the bottle that you think it's not cedar. Once you dilute it the clean smell of cedarwood lingers. I use it for getting rid of bugs in my yard and to keep my dogs free from fleas and ticks. I remember my parents would put cedar oil on cotton balls and put around the basement and under the house.
