Don't expect instant results, but it works.
I used this along with my doctor's recommendations for physical therapy. He looked at the bottle and said, "yep, the ingredients are all good; it won't hurt." Unlike my friend, who swore she felt better in a day, it's taken at least 3 weeks for me to feel less pain. It's not a cure-all, but it seems to reduce the inflammation in my shoulders.
