  The listing only had 1 picture, just of the box, so I had to view photos of what the grate looked like on other listings. Once purchased, the seller did that thing where they make a shipping label, but then don't ship the item for many days. Eventually, I messaged to politely ask about when it might ship, but they were unresponsive. They did finally ship it, but I had to keep checking the status of the item to verify when it was actually on the way. Overall, a 'Meh' experience.

  I never received my item. I don't understand why because the seller has a lengthy mostly positive feedback. I even sent two different messages to the seller asking when the item would be shipped. I didn't receive a response to either message I sent. No communication from the seller at any time. Very strange considering the sellers lengthy history on eBay. After starting a credit request with eBay I did eventually receive a refund for the item but it was a lengthy drawn out process.
