Excellent value
Hard to argue with the value, as good as any other springs I've used, and much better price. Seller is amazing and backs their product.

If you can find a good working used one, buy it. You won't be disappointed.
This sander is the industry standard, and without question the best large pad sander ever made. Many prefer ROS sanders, but there are jobs for which an ROS will not suffice, or at least won't work as well as this big half sheet sander.
I've been using these sanders since the mid 1980's, bought my fist one in 1988, now own four, and they all still work perfectly.
for small pieces, flip it over and it will stand on it's head and work as a stationary tool!
Of all the excellent tools that were discontinued when Stanley B&D bought and gutted the Porter Cable too line, this one made the lease sense. It has no equal in the market today or ever in the past, it's installed base in cabinet shops is quite simply ubiquitous.

Who needs a cord anymore?
1 of 1 found this helpful Comparing this 60v flexvolt to both my old corded 4.5" DeWalt paddle trigger grinder, and the 20volt cordless (with brushes) it is clear that both the power and quality of design is really quite a significant step up.
That this will handle 6" disks as well is no surprise, it's very powerful.
