Touchy contols

GREAT!!!
1 of 2 found this helpful Has both D.O.T. and hydro-static date stamped into cylinder. Can't see why any gas house won't exchange but I guess that is the drawback, I give them a NEW cylinder and they give me back some beat up garbage LOL I'll be buying another when funds permit.
