Singer 3232 - R60033210 Loose Fit

Singer 3232 - R60033210 Is what the manufacturer recommends. It is the correct part, but does not fit without a small piece of cardstock in the socket with it. Don't know if it will eventually wear down the points on the socket and spool pin. There is apparently no other choice.
