Just what the Doctor ordered
5 of 5 found this helpful After years of T-25 work outs; I needed something a little less stressful on the joints. I loved doing it and it certainly made me feel great. However I wanted something with good strength training to go with my new less demanding cardio and the total gym seemed like a good fit. After 30 days I find it to be very enjoyable to do and I look forward to doing it. I would recommend it to anyone especially when you get to be my age (66) and still want to stay in shape.

The jury still out.
The ball seems to go great off the club face. I especially like the way the ball comes off the putter face.

It's very easy to install, adjusts easily and works perfect. It's just what the doctor ordered!
The strap is everything I purchased it for.
