Best hose reel
This was my fourth Liberty hose reels. New in open box, worked great!

Too flimsy
No instructions. Retaining bolt held only by flimsy plastic that broke immediately. I used it anyway, but would not recommend it.

Nice protection for good price.
Fits perfectly, I use it to cover my JK in my garage when I keep the panels off. Keeps out dust and pesky bugs. Haven't tested it for water.
