Works like new
It was very difficult to source a new heating element, some stores have been waiting 3-4 months for their orders for replacement parts. We were nervous because this element wasn't new, but we were literally desperate to fix our dishwasher (summer vacation).
The element came quickly (took about 4 days), and it was priced more than fairly. Some suppliers were charging twice the price with no real idea when the parts would be delivered. Our heating element was clean and in great shape. After installing it (and learning you have to reset the diagnostic codes in the dishwasher) the element started working right away.
Definitely 5 stars.
