Opened a return with the seller and they were kind enough tor refund with no return/hassle. I respect that. Thanks for resolving this.

Big tablet
The 12" display is great. It is a handful though. I love playing games on it. The battery life is about 8-hours with normal use. I got the added Bluetooth keyboard with makes using the tablet a breeze.

Sony just keeps getting better
2 of 2 found this helpful I've owned Sony phones before but this is the best one so far. It's a big phone, which I like. The screen is a full 6" tall. It's clear and easy to read. Battery life is good. I am an average phone user, not a power user. The battery will last me through until bedtime. I normally get about 16-hrs of battery life before it reads 20%.
The phone is thin and relatively light. I don't have big hands but I don't have an issue hanging on this phone with one hand.
The phone is snappy and responsive. It currently has Android 6.0 installed but I hear there is an update to 7.0 coming soon.
The camera takes very good pictures, but it seems slow. It does have a dedicated camera button.
Overall, I think it's a very nice phone from Sony.

Extend your wifi without breaking the bank
I was skeptical when I first learned of these devices. I figured if my router couldn't broadcast though my old plaster and lath walls, then this wasn't going to make much of a difference. But, it only cost $20 dollars, so I figured it was worth a shot.
I'm so glad I made the purchase. I brought a new house and my computer was located on the second floor while my router was on the first. I noticed my signal wasn't very good and trying to play computer games online was almost impossible. I got tired of getting kicked off or the game slowing down so much, it was almost unplayable. So I read some reviews and this sounded like my best option. Let me just say that I have TWC and my download speeds are 20Megs down and 2 megs up. Now I know that you never get the advertised download and upload speeds they post, unless you are the only one on the street with cable AND you live right next to where the signal originates. Before I moved, my download speeds on my computer were 1.9Megs download and 1Megs upload. Speeds in my new house were 300k down and 9k up. HORRIBLE. I was back to dial up speeds.
So I purchased this unit and my download speeds increased to 2.1Megs down and 1.6Megs up. I was very happy. I could connect to the unit wirelessly but it also gives the option of using an Ethernet cable with the unit. I love it so much, this is my second unit.
If you have dead spaces or weak wifi signals in your house, this is the unit for you. It's easy to set up and the price is right.
