The Jungle Book (DVD, 2014) LIKE NEW!

Not as advertised. Flawed.

It is scratched. It doesn’t work well. It gets stuck. I’ve cleaned it with lens cleaning fluid and a soft lens cloth. I finally got it going but this was advertised as being like-new, and it isn’t. It was a gift for my great great niece and I’m very disappointed with the scratches. It is definitely not like-new.
