LG Dehumidifier, performs excellent, a little noisy though.
The LG 70 pint dehumidifier works great for removing the moisture from my basement. Having the option to connect a hose to it for the constant drain is a plus!
The only disappointment is that it's a little noisy. We don't spend that much time in the basement so it's not a huge problem. Otherwise, we're very happy with it.

Optional way to enter your garage at a reasonable price.
The keypad is a convenient option for entering the garage. Simple to install and program to the opener. The keypad that came with my opener lasted approximately 6 years before it started to fail. We like having that as an optional way into the garage.
