Misleading size
The discription leads you to believe it will fit as long as your seat is 18 by 16 but it doesnt. The holes are an odd distance apart and did not align with my chair. Wasted money

You will love this machine
This fryer is big but I did buy the XL size. This is why I said it is not really compact.
Pro: Works great, does exactly what it claims it will, easy to clean and operate, less mess than cooking the usual way like fried chicken, etc.
Cons: None really
Hint: The manual says that you do not need to add oil to foods that are frozed/pre fried from the store such as french fries. However, I found them to come out a little dry. So, I tried it again and sprayed them lightly with an olive oil spray and they were wonderful.
