This book truly changed the way I think
2 of 2 found this helpful The book brought me and my husband closer together. He knew about it for years but I started reading it and it changed the way I thought about myself and my life and we talk about this book and he's so glad because he couldn't talk to me about it before and it has been very enlightening to both of us. He's read it more than once. It isn't like anything I've ever read but the author makes you stop and think. I think the book is a good book and has some truly meaningful insights in it. At times I found it kind of confusing, I was trying to figure out what the author was trying to say to me but its all about the way you think and listening to your ego. I may or may not agree with everything he wrote, but now I am thinking about the present and not so much about the future or past.
I am a christian so I was hesitant to read a book I knew nothing about but I find it only adds to my bible reading and it has truly changed the way I have always thought. Jan Burns

1 of 1 found this helpful I didn't really lose any weight with these pills and I got kind of depressed at night. I don't know what's in that plant but I wouldn't recommend it for weight loss. I finally just threw them away after trying them for a week
