Best alternative to clipless pedals

I’ve been using these for about 30 years because i have knee problems and really wanted to avoid any spills while getting used to ‘clipless’ pedals. They last forever and, unless you’re a racer, they’re just as good as clipless. Your toes stay in for a circular motion and always release instantly. No mishaps, no adjustments. I wear a size 8.5 W or 7M shoe and i use L/XL. Fits all shoes and keeps your foot with the pedal! Much cheaper too and 0 maintenance. Highly recommend!
