An incredible story of one mans life and how he overcame all obstacles.
This man lived an incredible life. He went from a sickly childhood to one of the strongest men in the world. What he could do defies the imagination, He shows what a man can do with faith and hard work.

This book is like a course in Isometrics.
It is a great book. It covered every aspect of isometrics plus the history of non equipment exercises. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in isometrics and it's benefits. It was well worth the money.

I have held off giving this review not because of the product but because of my printer. My printer has given me a lot of problems and right now it will not print.
I think your product of OK but I can't be sure. The 3 color cassettes did come to me in a timely manner. I wish I could say more.
