Great kit, endless fun!
LEGO is most fun when the details are robust—and with mice in the hallways, spinning staircases, and miniature candles suspended from the ceiling, the Great Hall is one of the most fun—if not THE most fun—entry in the LEGO Harry Potter collection. The build wasn't terribly complicated but was large enough to keep an older (21+) and veteran builder entertained, and the kit connected to other Hogwarts kits makes for superb home decor—who wouldn't love a whole campus of LEGO Hogwarts adorning their tabletops? For the first time in years I am actually playing with the LEGOs too—Hagrid's little boat full of first-years moves to a new spot every few days.
