Good piece.
After tearing my mirror off on a mailbox like an idiot I ordered this one. It came within a week and it was well packaged and ready to go. Popped it on and off I went.

A good book to start you off in canning.
The book does a very good work explaining how to get into canning and has a substantial number of quality canning recipes. There are a number of mouth wateringly good photographs of some of the recipes. I only wish I had bought it in hard cover instead of paperback.
