Great Value, Slight Issues

Very good bang for your buck. Have this to help cool a 5800x3D. Kept the chip from throttling like it did on a Fuma 2. The box was damaged and the cooler itself had some damage. The radiator has some bent fins. It looks like this one was returned because it didn’t fit another case because there were scratch/scuffs all on the radiator. Also some parts were taken apart like the cpu mounting brackets. Didn’t have instructions so I had to get an online manual. It didn’t affect the performance.
