Plug and play replacement for an older Karcher rotating nozzel.
Had an older version of this from Karcher. It was great for heavy duty cleaning, including taking off loose paint from our old garage. One of the internal parts broke and we did without it for a while. I tracked this down as a replacement and it works just as good, if not better, than the original one. It threaded directly on the extension wand without adapters. Price was good, shipping was quite fast. If you have an older electric Karcher pressure washer with threaded fittings this is a great tool to have around.

OEM and cheaper than a dealer.
Our Expedition decided to have both rear glass hinges break within a few days of each other. When the first one went I ordered a replacement through a Ford dealer. The price was shockingly high. When the second one went I checked out EBay. Guadin auto parts helped verify that this was the part number I needed and it was about 25% cheaper than the dealer. It installed pretty easily along with the one from the dealer and we're back up and running without the duct tape holding the top of the glass in place. If I had it to do over again I'd have purchased both hinges from Gaudin and saved even more. Highly recommended!

Great value for what they can do.
I saw a pro using one of these as an outdoor fill flash for large group photography, and decided that it'd be nice to have the extra kick when my SB-800 wasn't putting out enough light or I wanted a secondary flash. These are available quite cheaply on EBay. If you're patient you should be able to get a complete kit (head, battery pack, power cable, and sync cable) in the $30 - $40 range. Don't worry about the charger, and the batteries will pretty much all be shot, so they aren't important either. You'll need to get a replacement from your local Batteries Plus, or similar store. The replacement won't be a perfect fit - it's a little high, and too wide. Best fix is to cut the side off the battery pack, and trim a bit of plastic from the bottom. Then bend the negative battery terminal back the other direction. The battery now fits the compartment, but sticks out the side a small amount. A piece of duct tape or velcro will hold it in place. You don't need the charger because a cheap WalMart charger that handles 6 volt AGM batteries will be smarter and better than the one on the flash. It'll charge faster and not overcharge when left connected.
The trigger voltage for the flash is low (a good thing), so anything with a PC sync connector on it will be able to safely fire these. That includes cameras and wireless triggers. They're limited in adjustability, with essentially only 6 settings (though the Motor and Wind settings are also useful), but by metering and playing around with the flash power, and camera aperture and shutter speed, you should be able to dial in good exposures. The power is excellent for large venues - I used it at night to shoot a band on a stage about 80 feet away. The ambient stage lighting was too low for decent exposures even with the ISO cranked up. With the flash I could use about 600 ISO, F5.6, 125th/sec and got well exposed pics of the whole stage. Similar results when shooting horseback barrel riders at an indoor arena. Plenty of power to augment the ambient light.
All in all they're just a great value for what you get. No, they won't run in TTL mode with your camera - you'll have to shoot in manual mode, but I found that's awfully easy to do since the lighting won't usually be changing much. If I'm in a smaller area and want a smarter flash, I'll use my dedicated Nikon one. Hey, I'd love to get another Nikon, but I can get 6 of these Metz flashes for the same price. You can add diffusers, reflectors, snoots, gels, rig 'em on umbrella stands, whatever, for portable shooting. I intend to start carrying one or two along most of the time I have an arranged photo op for the flexibility they offer.
