BLUETOOTH WON'T SYNC WITH CAR OR HOME STEREO

Overall this is a pretty decent product however the Bluetooth won't sync with my Chevy Impala, my home stereo, and I've yet to try it with my wireless EarPods. So far I have found only one product that I own that the Bluetooth will sync to. What's the point of having Bluetooth if you can't sync. The volume could be a little louder and this device too.
