Great underlayer for colder weather
I really love this undershirt. It has a good windproof layer for wearing in a windy biking condition, and we have quite a few here in the Puget Sound. This season I think it will be an essential go-to layer when I brave the blustery conditions.

Excellent inversion table
This table is light duty, but not too light and well built. Great support and adjustability. Because of its lighter construction we can break down and put in the back of the truck when going on road trips. Very useful. Good directions for use and adjustments. I have not yet used the little balls for pressure points, but it is a nice added feature.

The device is an excellent value once you get used to how it functions.
This watch can do just about anything, but you really need to get the hang of all the configurations and features without a lot of support from the materials provided by Garmin. Tech support went unanswered after 3 days. I am still waiting. Lucky for me I have another training buddy who walked me through the steps to using the device and its features are extremely impressive.
