Allows for control of individual outlets, monitors power draw.
You can turn them on and off remotely. you can schedule on/off times. You can monitor current draw remotely. You can have it email you if it detects a problem. It allows me to fully power down my servers instead of having the PSU's idling and using power. Cord is as long as you need, too long in fact. But this is preferable to too short. Pretty sophisticated power strip.
