Since it was Sony, I had higher expectations for this product. The sound is much thinner that the WI-C400 (that I was trying to replace but which is no longer made). It may be OK for listening to audio books or something, but definitely not adequate for music. I haven't tried the C200, C300 or C310; hopefully, they're better. I got a JVC neckband from Best Buy and it has much better sound.
