love not having to take ibuprofen. a God's send for my future health.
sharing the smaller bottles with others if this is kept in a cool place like under the bathroom sink. refrigerator is to cold! and shake very well my pain is gone for 12 to 15 hours but needs to be gently messaged in well. thank you for listening ^__^ hot shower b-4 to relax muscles, helps two old goats last longer.works longer. this stuff works better if out of a hot shower up to 12 hours. but still works in a pinch for relief too. thank you jazziera
