Total sense, and it works
The wheat belly way of eating makes total sense.The problem with all the different diets and strategies of weight loss is most all fail because people are hungry all the time. Eating the wheat belly way, hunger is not an issue. I’ve lost 16 lbs in 8 weeks. It’s great when something is research based, good for you, really works, and best of all isn’t another diet.
