It worked for me on a small nagging leak I could not find.

I poured the stuff into the hot tub now 2 weeks later it is still working. I am hopeful it will work long term and I don't have to constantly refill the tub.

I like it.

I like the way the cover slides up to cover the buttons. This keeps you from pushing the buttons when it is in your pocket. We have a chamberlain garage door opener (used as a gate opener) and this works with it. Perhaps a future setup would be to have alternate choices for the other buttons. I mention this because we also have a Genie door opener for our garage and it would be nice to put both on the same key chain. All in all it is what we bought and expected and it works as expected, good distance for transmitting as well.
