Good step aerobic dvd- not hard but good workout
Wasn’t familiar with Gilad but was very impressed with his moves. A good workout without being overly conplex. I haven’t stepped in a few years but am trying to get in better shape. I would recommend this dvd and i wish he had more step aerobic dvds. He is good!

Great step aerobics dvd
Great basic step dvd. Not overly easy but also not terribly hard to follow. Haven’t stepped in a few years but always enjoyed it and wanted something i could do at home to improve my fitness level. I would highly recommend this dvd.

Ten tiny rolls-good in an emergency
The rolls are 4 ply but quite small. There is no hole in the middle so it is hard to compare the rolls to standard tp. It is soft and if you can find no other paper, it does the job. It is probably better for camping but hey, what can you do??!
