2 of 2 found this helpful Unit was new, well packaged, is working perfectly as described. I have now had the first cool night of sleep in weeks. And the price was fair. It shipped from right here in Wisconsin so I got it in 2 days. The process of installing the exhaust system into my vertical window took some measuring and the purchase of some additional foam and a dowel to keep the window from being opened (as it can no longer be locked. Thank you.
