There are pros and cons.
The case is hard to manipulate the extended battery and GoPro into and a pain to change out the extended battery and camera battery on the road. You have to remove the bracket from the assembly to get the extended battery and camera battery out to replace and continue. It does extends the recording time by about 1.5 hours.

Cable Drop Clips
These cable drop clips are great for any use but I am using them in my car. They keep the GPS cable away from interfering with the dashboard instruments and keeps everything looking neat. I recommend them.
